智控压差过滤机是一种高效、节能、环保、绿色的全自动水过滤设备,滤元采用高精度、高强度不锈钢或合金组合网,清洗方式采用滤网外侧1.7-2.0Mpa高压反冲洗与滤网内侧自动吸污同步工作的模式;对于难处理的含油、含有机物、粘性物质以及硬度较高的水质,可增加超声波清洗杀菌系统;

该过滤机全自动运行,清洗彻底无死角,无需更换滤元,智能控制系统能够保证设备运行安全、稳定、可靠;设备占地面积小,维护方便,运行费用低,并可根据现场情况选用立式或卧式安装。

Intelligent pressure differential filter is a high-efficient, energy-saving, environmental protection and green automatic water filtering equipment. The screen adopts high accuracy, high strength stainless steel or alloy combination mesh. And the cleaning way adopts external 1.7-2.0Mpa high-pressure backwash and internal automatic sewage suction working mode to run synchronously. The ultrasonic system can be added for the high hardness, oily, organic, viscosity water quality which is difficult to treat.

The filter works automatically without replacing the screen. It can clean thoroughly and no dead corner left. Intelligent control system enables the equipment to run safely, steadily and reliably. The filter covers small area. And it’s convenient to maintain with low running cost. You can choose the horizontal installation or vertical installation according to the situation at the site.

工作原理Working principle

原水由进水口进入机体,流经滤网,滤除水中的细小杂质,随着过滤介质中各种污染物在滤网内侧的累积,过滤通道被堵塞,进出水口压差逐渐增加,当压差达到预设定值时,系统自动启动行程电机和反冲洗高压泵,此时传动装置带动装有吸嘴的排污轴在滤网内侧做旋转和水平往返运动,同时,在滤网外侧,高压反冲洗装置与排污装置同步动作,并呈对应关系,在不中断正常产水的前提下,只借助一小部分产品水,对滤网进行高压反洗,反洗水透过滤网,连同从滤网上剥离的杂质被吸嘴迅速吸入排污轴,最后由排污室排出。

一个反洗行程后,压差降低,各部件复位,系统重新进入正常运行状态。

对于难处理的含油、含有机物、粘性物质以及硬度较高的水质,可加装超声波清洗、杀菌、阻垢装置;超声波能够对液体中的微小气泡核产生振动,当声压达到一定值时,气泡将继续膨胀,然后突然闭合,这些小气泡急速崩溃时在气泡内产生了高温(5000K)高压(上千个大气压),并且由于气泡周围的液体高速冲入气泡,而在气泡附近的液体中产生了强烈的局部激波,也形成了局部的高温高压,从而产生了超声的杀菌、清洗、粉碎、乳化、分散、阻垢、促进化学反应等一系列的作用。频率在20KHz以上的超声波集高级氧化、焚烧、超临界氧化等多种水处理技术于一身,不但能防止滤网污堵,延长滤网反洗周期,同时具有显著地杀菌和降解有机物的功能。

The raw water flows from the inlet into the body. The small impurities are filtered by passing from the screen. As various contaminants accumulated inside the screen, the filtration channel is blocked. And the differential pressure between inlet and outlet increases gradually. When the pressure reaches to the pre-set value, the system will start the stroke motor and high-pressure backwash pump automatically. Meanwhile, the impurity discharge axis with driving device and suction nozzle will rotate, move back and forth horizontally inside the screen. And at the same time, the high-pressure backwash device and sewage device run synchronously. And the movements are correspondingly. At the premise without interrupting producing water, it can run high-pressure backwash function by a small part of the producing water. The backwashed water flows through the filter, together with the impurities from the filter screen. And they are quickly inhaled into the dirt collector by the nozzle, sent to the sewage shaft, and finally discharged from the sewage chamber.

After one backwash travel, the differential pressure is down. All the parts recover to the initial state. And the system enters into the normal operation state again.

For the oily, organic and viscosity water quality, you can add the ultrasonic device which can clean, disinfect and prevent the scaling. The ultrasonic makes the tiny bubbles in the liquid shake. When the sound pressure reaches to some certain value, the bubble will expand continuously. Then the bubble will be suddenly exploded. During the process of the bubble collapses, it creates high Temperature (5000K) high pressure (thousands of atmospheres) in the bubbles. And as the liquid around the bubbles pushes into the bubble with high speed, The liquid around the bubbles generated a strong local shock, also formed the high local temperature and pressure, resulting ultrasonic sterilization, cleaning, grinding, emulsifying, dispersing etc chemical effect. Ultrasonic frequencies above 20 KHz sets advanced oxidation, incineration, supercritical oxidation and other water technologies in one. It is not only preventing filter screen fouling, prolonging the filter screen backwash cycle, but also has significant sterilization and degradation functions for organic compounds.

技术特点Technical characteristics

传统压差式过滤机(自清洗过滤器)只能用于粗过滤行业,主要原因归结于当采用高精度过滤网时因过滤机本体不具备可靠的高压反冲洗功能,所以过滤网污堵后清洗不彻底,使过滤网能量无法恢复,因此导致过滤机无法正常运行。

世纪源牌智控压差过滤机与其它类似过滤机比较,主要有以下特点:

6、结构设计紧凑合理,体积小,同样体积的滤器过滤面积是同类产品过滤面积的2.5倍左右,设备易损件少,无耗材,运行维护费用低,操作管理简单。

7、可根据安装现场情况选择立式或卧式安装,灵活方便。

8、超声波首次应用于水过滤技术领域,具有混合、裂解、氧化、凝聚、杀菌、灭藻、阻垢、去除COD及油污、防止滤网污堵等多种功能。

Traditional differential pressure filter (Self-cleaning filter) can only be used for rough filtering industries, the main reason attributes that when adopting high grade filter screen, and filter doesn't possess reliable high-pressure backwash function. So the filtration screen can’t be washed completely. And the capacity of the water passed through the screen can’t be recovered. And the filter can’t operate normally.

ShiJiYuan Intelligent Pressure Differential Filter compared with other similar filters, basically has the following characteristics:

1. Shijiyuan intelligent pressure differential water filter adopts 316L stainless steel(or alloy) screen with high grade and high strength. Through high pressure 1.7- 2.0 Mpa backwashing function, the filtration screen works efficiently and being washed completely under the condition of producing water consistently. And it can recover to the initial state.

2. The filter has automatic retrieval function. Through the retrieved data, the filter accomplishes the automatic sewage disposal and high pressure backwashing automatically. The filter runs automatically without manual interference according to different water quality.

3. The control system responses sensitively and operate accurately. It has the function of differential pressure, timing setting and manual setting. You can adjust the backwashing differential pressure and the value of timing setting flexibly according to different water quality.

4. The filter works continuously, steadily and reliably. The filter can produce water constantly as well as the backwashing function runs.

5. The backwashing duration is short. The water consumption of backwashing is only 0.001~0.002% of the normal capacity.

6. The structure is reasonable and compact. It has low maintenance. The filtration area is 2.5 times of the equivalent ones for the same capacity. It is easy to operate. Meanwhile it is very convenient and flexible to install and move.

7. You can choose to install the filter horizontally or vertically according to the situation at the site. It is very convenient and flexible.

8. The ultrasonic function is firstly applied in water filtration field. It has the functions of mixture, splitting, Oxidation, Cohesion, disinfection, algae removal, scale inhibition, COD and oil removal. And it also can prevent the screen from clogging.

该过滤机主要用于净化水用途,特别是对水质要求较高的微滤领域,主要功能可去除水中泥沙、粘土、铁锈、悬浮物、藻类、生物粘泥、腐蚀产物、大分子细菌、有机物及其它微小颗粒等杂质,达到水质净化的目的。

具有超声波功能的过滤机同时具有超声波杀菌灭藻、消毒、阻垢、降低COD等多种功能。

The filter is mainly used for water purification especially for more sophisticated microfiltration water areas, It can remove silt, clay, rust, suspended solids, algae, biological slime, corrosion product, macromolecules of bacteria , fungi, organic matter, protozoa and other small particles and other impurities. 安装要求Installation requirements

1、过滤机必须装在泵的出口,在过滤机的出水口必须安装止回阀,防止突然停水时产生瞬间背压造成滤网损坏。

2、设备安装的管网应保证压力稳定,且在设备允许的压力范围内。

3、设备应保持水平安装,排污口不得上扬,安装时拐弯要尽量少,确保排水畅通。

4、过滤机进出水口之间应设置旁通阀,以备系统故障或检修时使用。

5、设备进出水管路上须设置压力表,便于观测系统运行压力及压力损失。

6、设备出水管路上应设置取样放空阀,便于调试时滤后水取样以及长期停机保存前的设备放空。

7、设备安装时四周应预留出检修空间。

①The filter must be installed in the pump outlet. The reflux valve must be installed in the filter’s inlet & outlet in order to avoid the filtration screen breakage caused by instant negative pressure and back pressure when stops water supply suddenly.

②The pipe network equipment installation shall ensure that the pressure is stable. And the pressure in the device is in the allowed value range.

③Equipment should be keeping in the horizontal installation. And the sewage outlet shall not be up. Please turn no corners as less as you can to ensure the smooth drainage when install the filter.

④ Install the bypass valve between the inlet and outlet to prepare for the system trouble shooting or maintenance.

⑤On the pipe line of the outlet, you should set the pressure gauge to observe the working pressure of the system and the pressure loss.

⑥On the outlet pipe should be set sampling release valve for water sampling after filtering and long-term shutdown of equipment to save pre-venting.

⑦ Reserve the maintenance space all around when install the equipment.
